These fellowships are intended to encourage international exchange within ELS members. There are 3 scales of fellowships to be called Bronze, Silver and Gold. 

Bronze fellowships are intended for Junior members. Students or young scientists planning a short-term visit in a different institution for the purpose of learning new techniques/methods relevant to laryngology can be supported partially by a bronze fellowship.

Silver fellowships are intended for all members. Qualified young researchers or clinicians who want to acquire a particular skill or technique in another European center may receive a silver fellowship for a maximum of three months.

Gold fellowships are intended for all members over 40 years and/or tenured position. Support for a clinical/translational research project for one year which may be executed at home or in a host institution.
